Traffic Exchangers for blogs

Traffic Swarm

Traffic is the key for a success in Google Adsense, however there are many traffic exchange but only few can deliver an are allowed according the Google TOS. One of them is Traffic Swarm, which rank in the top 5 traffic exchanges. Traffic swarm has a very user friendly interface and a intelligent anti-fraud system. You can have a 1:1 to 1:5 exchange ratio which noone offers. The surf page consists of 8 links out of which you will have to click one to earn points. The countdown time is of 20 seconds only so you can surf upto 3 pages in a minute thus you can have upto 3 – 15 points in a minute. This makes it the best. Moreover, anti-fraud link comes in between of the text links to prevent fraudulent activities and punish frauders in the form of their account bans. You can also make money out of it by referring others if you go for there premium account. Moreover with premium account you will have atleast 3 points per website viewed by you so that premium members can have high traffic in a very low time. You can also buy points from Traffic Swarm if you don’t have time to surf. Because of the features I specified above, Traffic Swarm is the best traffic exchanger for website on the Internet. However when I found Blogmad.net, I found it to be a great traffic exchanger for blogs.

Blogmad

Blogmad is a traffic exchanger specially built for blogs. It has a very large database of blogs and has thousands of page views per day. You can easily find heavy traffic for your website here. The traffic exchange ratio is 1:1 and they offer many traffic options. At blogmad you can get traffic from either surfing websites by others for points, banners or text link ads on the member websites. They have a great ranking system for the top surfers which makes the members to surf more and increase their rankings in the site. Moreover, they have games for its users so that they won’t get bored while surfing the net and lottery system can really give you a bonus if you have a great luck.

The above two engines is my top preference for getting high traffic.

Setting Up the Adsense

I just have an overlook of the site so that I could have the feel of the things. There was a tab named “Adsense Setup” in the members panel. I was directed to a page containing three options.

  1. Adsense for Content
  2. Adsense for Search
  3. Referrals

As I don’t know what does this mean, I simple clicked on the first one. There I ws again presented with options. As a newbee, I decide to go on with the default ones. Finally a page came before me that was having a javascript code. It said that I have to paste this in my sites html. I copied the code, logged in to my blogger, went to the “Template” section of the blog and pasted the code provided in the HTML code of my blog at a suiteble location. To confirm that I have done everything right, I was taking preview of the blog rather than actually saving and then republishing of the blog. Finally, I did the job and Google Ads started appearing on my blog.

Logging Adsense

Its two days after the registration day, and I checked my inbox for a Google mail. There was an e-mail from Google Adsense with a subject as “Account Approved”. I was very happy and opened it up and read the whole letter word to word. I am now a member of the big G Ads program. I ltyped the url http://www.google.com/adsense in my url and logged in to my account. This time there was no annoying account approvation message. I was through into the members control panel. I was really happy. I just surfed the site to have an overlook of the things. The control panel was simple and very user friendly to use. I tlooked as a child’s play to work with it.

Signing Up with Google Adsense

So I just looked at the phrase “Adsense” and straight away clicked it. A page came befor me asking me whether I wanted to sign up with Google Adsense, which I wanted for a long time or if I had an account with Google Adsense then enter the google adsense account information. Surely, I would go to “Sign up with Google Adsense” as I didn’t have any other account. I was directed to the same page of registration of Google Adsense. I filled out the registration form with the website url as the url of my blog. The registration process was successful this time and it said that your site will be reviewed in a day or two and you will be notified by the e-mail. Finally, I have signed up with Google Adsense, but two days to wait was a lot of time. Beleive me I could not even sleep in the coming two days. But after two days, Google opened up the gates for me.

The Blogger Walk

As I told you, I registered to the Blogger in my past post. After the registration process, I was directed towards the “Create new post” page. I just wrote one line in it saying “Hi! I am Saurabh” and gave the title as Hi and then published it. Now I saw a button on the blogger site saying view blog. A new page opened in front of me and it was displaying the message I wrote it. I saw that the url of that site was the name I gave to my site and I can visit to it anytime by just writing the url of the site in the address bar. That means I have a website own the net, I don’t know at that time what is the difference between ablog and a website, thats why I thought it to be a webpage. I posted a number of posts on it. I also changed the template of the blog to some cooler design available on Blogger.com. So, now my blog looks better and bigger. Ok, I was thinking what to do next. I decided to change the looks again and want to the template section. Suddenly, my eyes went upon a somewhat familiar word “Adsense” without knowing what I am going to discover here about Adsense

Meeting the Blogging world

I told you everybody that I just used a keyword something sort of Free web hosting or free web space that changed my life completely. Let me explain how did it changed my life. When I entered that keyword in google search engine. The search engine had a site named Blogger.com, somewhere in the first or second position and it said host your blog. I don’t know what is a blog but I know the meaning of host. So I went on with the site and opened it. When I opened it, I registered with the site. During the registration process, I found that they are asking for my blog name. I gave them the blog name and found that it was already taken. After a number of try, I was able to get a blog name with the blogspot.com url. I was then directed to my posting page and entered this whole new world.

Google Adsense's First Impression

So friends enjoying reading this. No, I know I had been talking of scrap till now but beleive me it was all to prepare you mentally for the tough time you are going to have in the coming days for yourself. Well as I told you in the last post, I tried searching about Google Adsense. In this post, I will be telling you all about my first findings about Google Adsense. These were the things that I can conclude from the reviews posted by others at that time I had no way to learn more about it other than this.

Google Adsense is a revenue sharing program that pays webmasters for showing Google Adwords pay per click ads on their websites. This was the first impression that I got about Google. Google adsense provides webmasters with ads which other webmasters places on Google Adwords program. So that means you are indirectly getting paid from other webmasters for showing their ads on your websites through google adsense program. Thus, Google Adsense is the middle man between you and your advertiser. Advertiser sell it to Google Adsense and publishers buy it from Google Adsense. Google pays a part of their earning from an advertiser to the publishers showing their ads when somebody clicks on the respective ads. However the amount of money you get may vary from each ads. Google adsense provides ads to millions of websites you can find them on enery second website you visit. For every ad they provide to any website they have small label either in the bottom or top of the ad as “Ads provided by google”. I went to some sites that I used to visit and was surprised to see that they all contain Google Ads. I was surprised to see that I had been visiting these sites for the past 1 year and never noticed that.

I also learnt there about the google registration procedure. It was written that after you sign up with Google Adsense, it takes two to three days for your website to be approved aftwer which Google ads will start appearing on your website and start paying you.

Well after getting the basic idea I got excited and wanted to have some website for myself so that I can be a part of Google Adsense but didn’t have any money to lauch a website. Suddenly an idea came into my mind. Everyone knows that internet has been a great place with newer and newer idea coming up. So I thought why not to give a search for “Free website space” or “Make your website” or something like that. I don’t remember the exact keyword but it changed my life. I was going to meet the blogging world
