iGoogle's Dynamic Themes - Change the way Google Looks
Whenever someone thinks of Google, the picture that comes in ones mind is of a simple webpage with a conventional Google Logo on it along with a Search Box. Google recently has come up with a number of tools such as Google Calendar, Google Analytics etc. but now, Google has started a new service for its users in the form of iGoogle - Your Personalized Homepage.
iGoogle provides you the tools to customize your Google Homepage according to your requirements. You can add various Google Gadgets such as Weather Forecasts, Google News, SantaBanta Jokes, Clock Gadget, Calendar and all others in the Google Gadgets list. Although all these facilities have been there with the Google Personalized Homepage for quite a time but they were not able to popularize iGoogle much. But the latest introduction of so called "Dynamic Themes" is a very cool and innovative feature introduced by the Google think tank. Now, Google users can choose from a set of six google dynamic themes. Well, all of you might be thinking of hy the word "dynamic" have been attached tothese themes. This is simply because these themes are dynamic and changes with time. For example, Google will change the theme according to the fact that whether it is sunrise or sunset in your country. However, these changes are country specific so you must have a Google Account so that your country informaton can be saved in your account. However, Google has said that they are going to develop this new technlogy of Dynamic Theme slowly and in a limited way but it has surelyinitiated the spark and we might see other search engine services such as Yahoo or MSN giving more advanced dynami themes in the near future.
